Payment gateway integration

Develop payment gateways and integrate checkout into your app or website. Connect APIs, webhooks, order statuses and reconciliation data; agree on providers, methods and technical requirements for your product.

What we need to scope your project

Tell us your checkout flow, markets, currencies, payment methods and chosen provider. Provider account approval and available methods depend on that provider. Scope server-side confirmation, repeated webhooks, failed or pending payments, refunds where needed and reconciliation; a successful UI animation alone is not payment confirmation.

What we agree to test

  • Server-confirmed status and duplicate event handling
  • Failure, retry and refund flows within scope
  • Order matching, reconciliation and test transactions

A complete project or alongside your team. Deliverables, source code, ownership and support are agreed in the scope and contract.

FROM REQUIREMENTS TO HANDOVER

A clear scope. Defined deliverables.

Understand the problem

Define users, business goals, platforms and systems to connect. Start with an idea or your existing requirements.

Agree on scope & deliverables

Set features, designs or prototypes, handover items, collaboration model and estimates in a proposal before development.

Develop & test

Build, integrate and test against agreed milestones. Review demos, share feedback and confirm changes as the work progresses.

Accept & hand over

Review against agreed acceptance criteria. Receive builds, source code, documentation and deployment guidance as specified in the contract; agree on further support if needed.

A few things you might wonder.

Does the one-touch demo process money?

No. Pulse uses fictional order data and collects no financial details. A production checkout needs a provider, server-side verification, tested status flows and a separately agreed integration scope.

What do we receive at the end of a project?

Handover items are agreed in the proposal and contract. They may include builds, source code, design assets, integration documentation and deployment guidance. Ownership, acceptance, warranty and ongoing support terms should also be agreed before starting.

How do scope and pricing work?

Every project is different. Once we understand the brief, we can discuss deliverables, an engagement model and a proposal. No one-size-fits-all packages.

Can we work together remotely?

Absolutely. We can discuss a shared communication rhythm, meeting windows and a workflow that fits your time zone before starting.
